Here's a little background on Mitch Matthews [our Founder]:
Before becoming a Six-figure coach & speaker…
Mitch was in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales rep and then a executive training manager for a $2 billion pharmaceutical company.
In full transparency, Mitch’s journey in the corporate world was a good one until he got promoted into a “bad-fit” job and it started to slowly kill his soul. It wasn’t a bad job… it was just a "bad-fit" and Mitch felt stuck.
He was in a box and every day he drove to work… it felt like a little part of him was dying. (Ever been there!?)
Gratefully… Mitch found out about Life Coaching and Speaking.
BUT... that’s when he invested in an expensive “big name” training program and tried to launch a Coaching and Speaking business one the side of that "bad-fit job."
Sadly… the Life-Coach training he attended didn’t include any actual business strategies or tools… so he floundered. In fact... he made EVERY mistake in the book! (Do you know what that feels like?)
But then he started to uncover a set of specific business-building strategies that changed everything.
With the help of a savvy mentor… Mitch was able to discover what he now calls the “SIX-FIGURE SEQUENCE™.”
Once he had this clarity… he went from coaching on the side to being a six-figure Elite Life Coach within 5 months!
That’s right. It took a lot of prayer, hard work and strategy… but he was able to leave that “bad-fit” job and launch a business he loves.
Since that time… Mitch is wildly blessed to say that he's been a six-figure encourager ever since!
Then... back in 2006... something incredible started to happen.
Other Coaches and Speakers couldn't help but notice the magic that Mitch was creating. They were blown away by how he turned ENCOURAGEMENT into a thriving well-paid career. So, naturally, they asked him to share the secrets to how they could do it too.
Since then, Mitch has been wildly blessed to help thousands of Coaches (both the new Coaches along with seasoned pros) through his dynamic live events, online training programs, masterminds and one-on-one coaching.
