It’s a little ironic… isn’t it?

We’re in the middle of the holiday season.  It’s a time that is supposed to be reserved for fun, friends, family and celebration.  BUT… what a lot of us wind up experiencing is long to-do-lists, full schedules and total exhaustion.

And let’s be honest.  This isn’t just the holidays.  Most people feel stressed most of the time.  (A recent study found roughly 80% of Americans we’re “stressed to highly stressed” on a weekly basis!)  Yow.

So… Dream Think Doer… this week… we’re going to talk about REST.

We’ll talk about HOW to do it.  I’ll offer you 3 QUICK and POWERFUL strategies you can start using IMMEDIATELY!

They won’t cost you a penny.

They won’t take much time.

But they will help you to REST.

Right now.

Let’s get to it.

And hey… leave me a comment.  What stood out to you?  What are you going to do to help yourself to rest?  I can’t wait to hear from YOU!

Thanks so much Mitch! This episode inspired me to do a “rest” word study through scripture. Can’t wait to get started because that is how I rest:)

Another thoughtful, and simple podcast. Thank you Mitch! Maybe it’s b/c I’m getting older…but I appreciate the reminder to “rest” including gratitude. I believe gratitude is the biggest tool in the happiness game! Keep inspiring!
